  4. Investment Consultant Report
    1. Review of most current investment consultant report, if available.
  5. Benefits and Refund Applications
    1. Appeal of July 7, 2017 Brad Keiser claim denial. Per September 12, 2017, letter from Pension Board Chair, appeal hearing set at Board's September 28, 2017 meeting.
  6. Financial Reports and Report from City Finance Director
    1. Review of most current unaudited Pension Plan financial statements with year to date and prior year to date reporting on revenue and expenses with additions of custodial fees and Trustee travel expense line items. Are tax revenues consistent with actuarial projections.
    2. Review of most current report on Employee contributions to the Pension Plan.
  7. Legal Report
    1. Continuation of Summary Plan review. Revised draft has the QDRO pop up rule.
