  2. Call to Order & Roll Call
  3. Approval of Previous Minutes Dated 09/28/2017.
  4. Investment Consultant Report
    1. Review of most current investment consultant report, if available.
  5. Benefits and Refund Applications and Appeals
    1. Further consideration of Appeal of July 7, 2017 Brad keiser claim denial following Mr. Keiser's appeal hearing held on Board's September 28, 2017 meeting. Board to consider October 5, 2017 report by Milliman on possible Plan amendment to provide vested terminated participants with a lump sum option of return of Employee contributions (less one-third of Employee contributions made on and after January 1, 2017).
  6. Financial Reports and Report from City Finance Director
    1. Review of most current unaudited Pension Plan financial statements with year to date and prior year to date reporting on revenue and expenses with additions of custodial fees and Trustee travel expense line items. Are tax revenues consistent with actuarial projections.
    2. Review of most current report on Employee contributions to the Pension Plan.
  7. Legal Report
    1. Continuation of Summary Plan review following comments by Milliman and the Pension Board.

    1. Pension Plan status of fire department employees who are covered by a SAFER grant.
    2. Appointment / election of new police Board member.
